Terms and Conditions

  • Package rate is valid for rental venue only, without entrance fee charge for Decoration equipment.
  • Date and time slots are subject to availability, based on first come first serve basis.
  • Maximum wedding attendees  80 person on the beach & on garden limited up to 350 attendees
  • Usage of audiovisual including microphones, music instruments and or other sound or video equipment is not
  • allowed in any of our restaurants or bars, unless the venue is booked exclusively and arrangements have to be
  • discussed accordingly to obtain hotel approval.
  • Rate is valid for all Market.
  • Curfew time maximum 10.00 PM .
  • Electricity capacity maximum 5,000Kwh.
  • Food and Beverage/Function Space Procedure : Due to licensing requirements and for quality control, all food and beverage served at Hotel must be supply and prepare by Hotel. Menu prices will be confirm on Banquet Event Orders (BEOs). There is no additional cost applied,including administrative fees, set up fees, labor fees, and bartender or food station fees.
  • Use of Event and Function Space : To protect the safety and security of all Hotel guests and property, the company agrees to not use any items in the function space, which will create any amplified noise, smell, or visual effect, other than decorations – without advance notification and written approval by Hotel (e.g., loud music, smoke or fog machines, dry ice, confetti cannons, candles, or incense) and before engaging in any activities outside of the reserved function rooms (e.g.,registration table). Company will obtain any required Fire Marshall / Brigade or other safety approvals, and will pay any expenses incurred by Hotel as a result of such activity, such as resetting smoke or fire alarms or unusual clean-up costs.
